Our Story
Spread The Love was created after I received a challenging health diagnosis. After 30 years in stressful, busy corporate roles that I loved, it was time to reduce the stress to give my body an opportunity to heal. So I redirected my path towards developing my biggest passion in life – food, fun and creating memorable moments!
