The Best Ever 7 Salad Selection

A colourful selection of freshly prepared gourmet salads, available as generous sharing platters or convenient individual salad boxes.  Packed with quality ingredients and house-made dressings that are perfect for lunches on the go or group events with our assorted breads and meat boards.  Served as individual boxes, medium catering serves for 8 (or 12 as a side) or large catering bowls for 15 (or 20 as a side).  For your next large event, these salads will be perfectly paired with our meat platters and assorted breads.

Asian Noodle Salad (DF/V) – hokkien noodles tossed with shredded carrots, capsicum, cucumber, spring onion, fresh coriander, mint – tossed with a fragrant soy, sesame and ginger dressing, topped with toasted peanutes and sesame seeds.

Green Goddess Salad (GF/DF/V) – with salad greens, fresh peas, charred zucchini, spring onion, parsley, mint and basil & avocado (when avail) accompanied by our delicious green goddess salad

Caesar Salad – the classic …crispy cos, boiled eggs, parmesan shavings, pickle, crispy bacon, sourdough croutons and our creamy caesar dressing

Potato and Egg Salad – potato, eggs, spring onion, celery, fresh herbs and a a creamy mayo dressing (GF, V)

Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad (GF/DF/V) – tangy lemon tahini dressings coating sweet roasted pumpkin, cumin roasted chickpeas, caramelized onion, and our fresh herb and rocket selection

Mediterranean Pearl Barley Salad (DF/V) – one of our all time favourites with sumac, apricots, fresh herbs and sundried tomatoes … add delicious smoked chicken as an option for more protein!

Roast Vegetable and Feta Salad (GF/DF/V) – roast pumpkin, kumara, baby carrots & beetroot tossed with fresh salad greens and homemade dukkah and cashew aioli dressing
